Arrival. Arrival 15 minutes prior to your first treatment is requested, allowing sufficient time for you to check-in and prepare for your day of retreat. Arriving late will merely limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. All retreat guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are rescheduled for a future day of retreat.

No Show and Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to our guests and practitioners, guests who book appointments and are unable to come for their scheduled appointment will receive a full spa credit at the retreat if 24 hour notice is given. If an appointment made to redeem your spa retreat gift certificate is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your gift certificate will be forfeited. All retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds.

Packages and Gratuity. We proudly recruit and train our practitioners to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 17%-20%. There is a 17% gratuity added to the price of all Spa Retreat Packages. When scheduling a Spa Retreat Package, a $65.00 deposit is required so that we can reserve the time has been requested for your day of retreat.

Special Requests. Please notify us of physical challenges you may have, if you are pregnant, or if you have any other special requests or needs when scheduling a treatment.

Guests. Retreat guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent. We are unable to provide services to guest accompanied by children not receiving treatments.

Environment. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off/silence all cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices.

Gift Certificates. If an appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
