and wellness by managing and relieving pain as well as stress, massage

massage therapy: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). By 
combining these with the use of Aromatherapy and Reflexology, we 
customize the massage to fit your needs and desires.

Prenatal Massage

While you rest in comfort, massage techniques are used to gently 
relieve back pain, muscle tension, fatigue, headaches, and general 
discomfort that comes with pregnancy. Prenatal massage is available for 
mothers-to-be following the first trimester.

  Hot Stone Massage

Also known as Thai Yoga Bodywork, the Thai Massage system effectively 
integrates the most therapeutic aspects of yoga and acupressure to 
leave the client feeling completely transformed in body, mind, and 
spirit. The client, fully dressed, is gracefully guided into 
comfortable yoga stretches, coupled with relaxing compression upon 
major muscle groups. Thai Massage is a passive way for the client to 
receive many of the benefits of yoga and bodywork including:

Reiki

hands", which is derived from Tibetan Buddhism. In the West, Reiki has

affiliated with any religion. This life force energy is the source of 
life itself and far older than any religion or philosophy in the world.

The process of being give the "attunement" is what sets Reiki apart
from every other form of laying of hands or touch healing. The receiver
of Reiki energy at the time of his or her attunement is give a gift
that forever changes their life in every positive way. And this allows
them to become a clear channel for the healing energy of God/Spirit to
pass through them, and into the client who has come for the healing.

A person who is attuned as a Reiki healer has had their body's energy
channels opened and cleared of obstructions by the Reiki attunements.
They now not only receive an increase in this life energy, or Ki, for
their own healing, but becomes connected to the source of all universal
Chi'i or Ki.

is soaked in a heated herbal solution, which you are enveloped in after

Skin and Body Clay Wrap

Skin and Body Sea Wrap
